• KYC Documents: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the completion of the relevant transaction.
• Communications Data: Support correspondence and chat transcripts are retained for up to two (2) years from the date of the communication.
• Technical & Usage Data: Retained for up to twelve (12) months, after which it is anonymized or deleted.

Upon expiry of the applicable retention period, personal data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with 1bets's data disposal procedures.

The 1bets platform is strictly intended for individuals aged 21 years and above. 1bets does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. If we become aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21, we will take immediate steps to delete that data and close the associated account.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe that your child has registered on the 1bets platform or provided personal data to us, please contact our support team immediately so that we can take appropriate action.

The 1bets platform may contain links to third-party websites or services, such as payment provider portals. This Privacy Policy applies only to the 1bets platform and does not cover the privacy practices of any third-party websites or services. 1bets is not responsible for the privacy practices or content of third-party sites.
